The system named "Evaluate" was designed with a hybrid approach, meaning it is available for both Android and iOS or iPhone devices. In the creation of this system, the following technologies were employed: React Native, Angular, Swift, Node JS, and SQLServer.
Design nad Ideation, backend and frontend mobile development.
Objectives
Optimize and standardize the performance evaluation process of each of the group companies with more than 10,000 employees in Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, Chile and Uruguay.

Outcome
After the implementation, the process previously carried out with spreadsheets was streamlined. It was possible to evaluate 95% of the staff in company's committed deadlines obtaining also, unified metrics.
It was possible to have transparency and traceability throughout the evaluation process.
The project was selected as one of the best practices within the company.
About the solution
Web platform and native apps for the performance evaluation of ABInbev LAS employees. Manage Roles, Evaluation Forms, Reports, Action Plans, assembly of equipment for bosses and calibration of areas for human resources. From the apps, both managers and employees can evaluate and self-evaluate according to their role.
